Blake at StressFree property management has always been very professional every time we have worked with him. We have taken care of a number of his properties in the service side for pest control. A number of properties that he is Acquired that have had serious pest problems, he’s wanted to start the Property right and make sure that his tenants have no issues when they first move-in. I have seen him take some very random properties and help turn them around by better taking care of the property as well as everyone of the tenants.

Turning our rentals over to Blake was THE best decision we have made. Blake is very effective at screening and I feel like we get excellent renters.  The quality of service provided is excellent. Our properties are well cared for, rents are paid on time and we are not dealing with significant damage issues and rent collection issues since we changed over to him.  Blake holds people accountable, some tenants don’t like that, but as a property owners with really bad previous experiences, we appreciate it.
